We have created a Gluten Free version of our popular Sourdough Cinnamon Roll for our gluten free peeps out there.

Baked to order so please place your order! We don't have any "extras" sitting around in our kitchen ;) 
Blended from naturally gluten free ingredients, this flour is used as an alternative to traditional wheat flour! However our facility is not free from wheat. If you have any concerns please contact us before consuming. (yummy@foodcraft.hk)
 
Freshly baked is always the best but if you want to enjoy it the next day, steaming will be the way to go. Steam the bun in a steamer for 3 to 4 minutes.

Try 30 seconds in the microwave oven!
- We recommend that you consume it within 2 days of delivery. 
- If it is not consumed within 2 days from delivery, we recommend to slice and freeze until you are ready to devour it again!
Sit back, cut a slice, serve up some of your favourite coffee for that perfect breakfast/mid-afternoon snack/dessert (or whenever you like really) and enjoy!!
