We made these crispy crackers as a cute rendition the traditional Japanese Onigiri rice balls that both kids and adults love to eat as snacks.  They are a delicious way to get your crunchy fix instead of the standard go-to potato chips.  Instead of soy sauce, we use Tamari sauce so this product is 100% Gluten Free.
