What is Paleo Bread?
The Paleo diet is a diet that our ancestors have been eating from the Paleolithic era when we were mainly hunters and gatherers, meaning we did not consume anything that was 'farmed' (Grains, Dairy, processed foods, grain-fed animal products...etc.) 
Our PALEO bread is not only gluten-free but also grain-free, dairy-free and legume-free hight protein bread made from mainly nuts, seeds and eggs. It is suitable for those on a HFLS diet (High Fat Low Sugar).
 
 
This bread in particular has a rich and nutty flavor and a sweet buttery taste. The texture is close to a poundcake and very fulfilling like a whole wheat bread.
 
How to eat it:
If freshly baked, enjoy it as it is. Also very nice with our almond butters (Brown & Blanc). Good to make a mini nut butter & raw honey sandwich which children will LOVE. To enjoy the best texture, we recommend to slice and freeze if you are not going to consume it within 2 days from delivery. By toasting the frozen slice, you can enjoy it as if it were (almost) freshly baked!
